Celebrating 125 years of Gaelic Games in Irish Transport. 1886---2011.Next year marks the 125th Anniversary of Gaelic Games in Irish Transport.The clubs have been involved with the promotion of Gaelic Games from as far back as 1886-almost as far back as the inception of the Association itself, and many of the workforce of C.I.E. Still turn to Gaelic Games as an outlet for sport and leisure to this day. To celebrate this historic milestone the Gaelic Athletic Association have granted Transport Gaels G.A.A. club permission to stage hurling and football matches in Croke Park on Saturday 2nd October 2011.

When the club returns from their trip to Boston, 13th to 20th October this year, we will begin the task of organizing this once in a life time event, for all transport workers, one of the worlds greatest Stadiums.We will post regular updates over the following twelve months.
